Custom & Handmade Items
Because all of our products are custom-made or handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Each item is created specifically for your order, which makes it unique and non-resellable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
Replacement of the item
Repair or correction
Store credit (when applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized orders
Sale or discounted items
Items made to specific customer requests
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our work.
Local Pickup & Delivery Orders
For local pickup or delivery orders, please inspect your item at the time of pickup or delivery when possible. Any issues should be reported immediately.
