I currently do not offer shipping. We serve Ellenboro, NC and surrounding areas within approximately 20 miles, including Forest City, Rutherfordton, Spindale, Bostic, Shelby, and nearby communities.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available and completely free. After your order is completed, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time and provide location details.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, I offer affordable local delivery within our service area.

· Delivery range: 20 miles from Ellenboro, NC

· Free delivery: Available on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount

How long does it take to complete an order?

All Items displayed and purchased from the Store are created when inspiration strikes and will have limited availability. Custom Orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Since we operate on a project-by-project schedule, turnaround times may vary. Once your order is accepted, we’ll provide an estimated completion time-frame based on our current workload and your project’s details.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I specialize in custom laser-cut and handmade items. You can message me with your idea, and I will work with you to bring it to life.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept online payments through the website. For local customers, we may also offer cash at pickup or other manual payment options when arranged.

What happens if I order outside your service area?

Orders placed outside our approved local ZIP codes may be canceled and refunded, as I currently operate as a local-only business.
